You’re on cloud nine and feeling just fine. Nothing causes you to sigh or whine. In addition to that you’re being sad with sorrow and feeling so bad. Your tears with your cheeks collide. Appearing angry and boiling with rage. You’re a predator that needs be kept inside a cage. Nonetheless, it emerged not to one. You’ve chosen to stifle all that motion of emotions and surface as an unmovable corpse. You mingle with the crowd seeming to be all right while you’re burning loads of sentiments awaiting extinguish.
Your smile is hiding fearful of the frown that might wipe it off. You conspire with your broken heart and recollect its broken parts. You risk biting your own hand not to grind another’s. However, that’s far from healthy my friend. The feelings you experience at some moments in your life are meant to be felt. There wouldn’t have been laughter if you should never feel glad. If sadness is never to knock at your door, there wouldn’t have been tears. A ” scream” tag for your voice wouldn’t have existed if furious isn’t a state of being.
You’re reluctant to voice what’s going about in your heart. Yet, what could be the mine of all that reluctance? Is it the obliviousness to the sum of your heartfelt goings-on? Is it the incapability to figure out a manner to divulge muted inner mumbles? Or is it the absence of a body that could encompass all the manifestations of your mood.
Pent up feelings pile up with time and could overflow to get you drowning with no chance to float. They dig deep a hole to imprison you and keep you distant from all the beauty in existence. The world where sharing is at the heart of caring. Dare to declare the onset of an accomplishment to see the universe shine as you lead your lane. In a word, never retreat to cry or unleash the hidden sigh once a loved one is gone. Enclose to yourself and relish in the precious momentary lone. Smash some plates against a wall and feel the relief it creates. Press the express button and oppress the fear to express what you supress.
